1. When faith takes over – when it is driving our interactions – what is the affect upon our speech & actions?
2. You cannot have motion without movement. Can you have faith without results? If no results, was faith present to begin with?
3. Does our understanding and knowledge of scripture lead to maturing in faith?
4. What role does rest and abiding play in faith?
5. If our senses connect us to the visible world, doesn’t faith connect us to the invisible? Isn’t faith in opposition to sight?
6. If faith isn’t lifting us up are we firmly anchored to our own abilities?
7. If we don’t have hope in our minds then is the substance of faith not at work in our hearts? Hope is often substituted for faith.
8. God, the I Am, lives in the eternal now. Receiving by faith is our part, manifesting in His time, is His part, yes?
9. Because God is faithful, He will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we are able. Where is that line of ability? How do we measure it? Do we determine it intellectually – through knowledge – through effort?
10. God is faithfulness. What does that mean and how do we enter His faithfulness?
11. We know God is unwavering, steadfast and trustworthy in His character and promises. In Galatians it says we are to live by faith in the Son of God. If these things describe God as faith shouldn’t they be present in the expression of our lives in Him through the unfolding of our thoughts, words and actions in daily life? That’s a tall order, isn’t it?
12. How do we know if we’re living by faith in the Son of God? Do our thoughts, words, actions, desires show that we’re living crucified lives in Christ? Are our old behaviors crucified? Are there parts of the old self that still have a hold?
13. If trust is based upon what we know to be true then does what we know and understand about God's nature and His promises flow from our hearts and mouths organically & fluidly? -- "Personally I don't see this as once & done but a lifestyle of marinating"
14. Control is a sneaky thing. It waits until our guard is down and stealthily inserts itself into our situation until it becomes a habit in our lives. How do we prevent this from happening? What should replace it? How do we practically deal with situations if we are to release control? If God is to be in control, how do we practically yield to and trust in His "invisible" control when we exist in a "visible" circumstance?
15. Is faith just about belief? Is endurance connected with faith? How is striving connected to maturing faith?
16. Do we expend energy engaging with our own scattered thoughts? How about with conversations and media that we consume? If so, how are we to manage this? How can this impact faith?
17. What are the differences between faith, trust, joy, peace and perseverance? Do they share similarities? Do these work together? How?
